Top 3 Online Stores

Online shopping… one of my favourite past times. Who knew so much time could be spent looking at clothes on a screen! With the ability to provide almost every style, fit and colour imaginable at your fingertips, it’s no wonder online shopping is making such a huge impact in the retail industry. Here are my top three favourite online stores (no particular order), a little piece of information on each AND a lovely collages of all the things I wish I could go ahead and buy right now!

1. Saboskirt

Unwind Top

Saboskirt is an Australian company who I believe first fuelled my love for scrolling through endless pages of clothes online. I would describe the majority of their clothing as playful and summery (a testament to the weather in Queensland, where Saboskirt HQ is located). All items I have bought from Saboskirt have been exactly as they are displayed and fit very well. Founded by sister-in-laws Yiota and Thessy Kouzoukas, Saboskirt boasts over 1 million followers on Instagram and continues to go from strength to strength – selling popular and original styles online and from it’s exclusive range for David Jones.

2. Nasty Gal

Nasty Gal x Shakuhachi Concrete Jungle Romper,

All the way from America, everything from Nasty Gal is worth the extra shipping time and cost. My Nasty Gal “tote” is always full of things I am lusting over and the items above are just a few examples. Once again, whenever I have ordered from Nasty Gal all clothes/accessories/shoes have been delivered in perfect condition and within the time specified on the site. Apart from the products, one of my favourite things about Nasty Gal is the inspirational back story and humble beginnings behind it all – detailed in founder Sophia Amoruso’s book #GIRLBOSS. Another book added to my must-read list.

3. Beginning Boutique

Yet another Australian born store – Beginning Boutique is an online boutique that sells a huge range of gorgeous clothes, shoes and accessories. They have a great mix of ‘going out’ and ‘casual wear’ and the customer service is amazing. I was able to secure an interview with BB’s PR and stylist within a day of emailing them and was given a great insight and advice for my feature profile piece. There was nothing ‘in it for them’ as the piece was for a university assignment, but Chloe still took time out of her day to answer my questions. This customer service just adds to the greatness that is Beginning Boutique! Love!

I chose the above three based on the fact that I have had experience with them, love what they sell and feel confident in recommending them. I also respect and admire the work put into creating them and the great customer service delivered daily. However there are so many other online stores out there which are also worth looking into, whether they are already established or just emerging. For example…

ASOS – Always worth a mention because it has almost anything and everything you could be looking for. Huge range of clothes, accessories, shoes etc and discounts all year round for uni students (yay!)

Dissh – Another Aussie gem with a great range of items that I always have my eye on!

Enjoy your shopping (or keep window shopping for now, like I am)

    • They are the best in my opinion, especially due to the range of unique, quality clothes and the customer service. I’m always cautious when it comes to buying things online but everything I’ve bought from the stores in this post has been true to size, colour, style etc and the shipping has been really fast! I’d definitely recommend buying from them 🙂 I have soooo much I wish I could splurge on right now!

  1. When I read the blog title my first thought was ASOS! I also love revolve clothing. They have a more refined and classic look. its basically asos but with more designer pieces. My one stop shop for when I want to actually look like an adult!
Love nasty gal too! They have some super fun pieces!

    • Nasty Gal definitely brings ‘fun’ to mind, and has a lot of unique pieces which is why I consider it to be one of the best 🙂 ASOS is great too! I’ve heard of Revolve but never given it a go, so I’ll check it out now that you reminded me! Thanks for reading 🙂
